• Misleading or false advertising may result in suspension or removal of the vendor’s account.

3. Transactions and Communication

• Comrades Marketplace acts as a digital platform connecting buyers and vendors.
• All transactions, negotiations, and communications occur directly between the parties involved.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products or services.
• We are not liable for disputes but may assist in resolving them at our discretion.

4. Payments

• Payments are conducted through mutually agreed methods between buyers and vendors.
• Comrades Marketplace is not a party to the payment process.
• We bear no liability for unauthorized transactions, disputes, or financial losses during payments.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activities.
• Post harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Misuse the platform for spamming, hacking, or data mining.
